How do I check my order or shipping status?

You have two quick options:

  • Chat Glazenya: click the chat bubble and type “track order + your email / order number”. Our assistant will fetch the latest status for you.
  • Email: check your inbox (and spam) for our tracking email, or contact info@glazenya.com.

Tip: Tracking activates after the parcel is scanned by the carrier; allow 24–48 hours for the first update.

When will I get my order?

We need 2–3 business days to handcraft your piece after receiving your wrist size and valid address. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking email (check your spam folder if not found). For help, email info@glazenya.com.

I placed my order a while ago but haven't heard anything.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–3 business days. Shipping times:

  • USA: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 7–12 business days
  • Middle East: 7–18 business days

Need it sooner? We offer paid expedited options (3–7 business days). Ask via Chat Glazenya before ordering.

What are the shipping costs?
  • Orders over $20 → Free standard shipping
  • Orders $20 and under → $7.99 flat rate
  • Expedited shipping → available for an extra fee depending on country
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide including (but not limited to): Canada, USA, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, UAE, and many more.

I entered the wrong delivery address.

Change it on the courier's tracking page if possible, or contact both the courier and us immediately. Changes to a different country may incur extra costs.

Can I request a custom design?

Possibly, depending on stock and feasibility. Custom designs may affect the price. Email your ideas to info@glazenya.com or ask via Chat Glazenya.

Can I wear my jewelry while working out, showering, or at the beach?

We strongly advise against it—water, sweat, and impact can damage gemstones and metals over time. See our Care Guide for details.

The bracelet I wanted is out of stock. Will it return?

Contact us and we'll check for remaining stock or suggest alternatives.

I need it urgently for a special occasion!

Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us before ordering. We can often prioritize production within 1 day and use priority shipping.

Note: Expedited shipping shortens delivery to 3–7 days, with additional fees.

I don't know my wrist size.

No problem—order first and we'll guide you via email. Or see our measuring guide before ordering.

I know my wrist size but want a looser fit.

Submit your true wrist size and note “loose fit” at checkout or via email. Do not add extra inches yourself.

It's a gift, but I don't know the wrist size.

No worries — we provide a detailed size guide to help you select the right fit. If the recipient has ordered before, we can check their past size for reference. For more flexibility, you may also choose an e-gift card.

Why do you use wrist measurements instead of bracelet lengths?

For precision fit and comfort. Bead sizes vary naturally, and different designs require different lengths for the same wrist circumference.

How do I earn Glazenya Perks points?
  • Place an order: 50 points per $10 spent
  • Sign up: 100 points

Points are automatically added once you complete the action. Make sure you’re logged in to your Glazenya account.

How can I redeem my points?
  • 100 points = $1 off (applied at checkout)
  • $1 off coupon = 100 points
  • $5 off coupon = 500 points

Do Glazenya Perks points expire?

No, your points don’t expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts inactive for 12 months (no login or purchase) may have points cleared.

I want to exchange my bracelet.

Free exchanges within 30 days if unused and with tag attached. Email us for instructions or use Chat Glazenya.

I want to return my order.
