How to Earn Points

Every $10 earns 50 points; 100 pts = $1. That’s roughly 5% back on merchandise subtotal, plus one-time sign-up and newsletter bonuses.

When do my points appear?
Points are granted when the order is paid (or completed, depending on payment flow). If you don't see them, please contact our support team with your order number.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 24 months with no earning or redeeming activity.
How do I get the birthday points?
Add your birthday in the Rewards widget at least 30 days before it, then shop during your birthday month. The +500 pts bonus applies once per year per customer.
Can I combine coupons with other discounts?
Yes. Coupons and points discounts can be combined with product/order discounts unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
Are all products eligible?
Points are earned on merchandise subtotal only; taxes, shipping and excluded products do not earn points.
Terms: Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Returns or refunds may deduct the proportional points from your balance. Glazenya reserves the right to update program rules to keep things fair and transparent.
