Order Fulfillment

Worldwide shipping available. We pay all import taxes & duties

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30 (USD). For orders under $30, shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Faster options: The timeframes below refer to Standard Shipping (ordinary postal/courier). We can arrange Expedited/Express delivery on request — please contact our Customer Service.

Cut-off: Orders placed after 6:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+1) on Fridays will ship on Mondays.

North America USA 8–15 days; Canada 10–15 days; Mexico 15–30 days; Puerto Rico/Remote 12–18 days.
Europe Most countries 7–13 days (UK/FR/DE 5–12 days; IT/ES/NL/BE/AT 7–12 days; Nordics/Eastern Europe generally 7–15 days).
Asia 5–13 days (Japan 3–9 days; Korea 7–13 days; Singapore 7–14 days; Thailand 5–10 days; Vietnam 4–13 days; India 10–13 days; Malaysia/Philippines 11–15 days).
Middle East 7–15 days (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel, Turkey).
Oceania Australia & New Zealand 8–15 days.

Duties & Taxes (We Pay All)

Simple promise: For every order and destination we ship to, Glazenya pays all import taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST, and standard customs/brokerage fees. There are no additional charges on delivery for you.

If you are ever asked to pay: Please pay nothing. Contact us immediately with the carrier notice or receipt and we will resolve it or reimburse you in full.

Declared value: We comply with customs laws and declare accurate contents and value. This does not change your total — we still pay all taxes and duties.

Refused shipments / failed delivery: If a parcel is returned due to refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will refund the product price minus unrecoverable two-way shipping and handling once the return is processed.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 business days from the marked delivery date. This allows us to:

  • Initiate a timely investigation with the carrier while delivery details (e.g., GPS scan data and driver records) are still available.
  • File a formal claim promptly, increasing the chances of a successful resolution.

Note: We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked “Delivered” if reported after this 7-day window.
