Where is my order?
Orders may need a short processing time before shipping. During peak seasons, processing can take a bit longer. Once shipped, the tracking page will reflect the latest carrier scans.

Order number & email?
If you used an email at checkout, open your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email and click “View Order” to see live status.
- “Label Created”: the carrier hasn’t picked up or scanned the package yet.
- “In transit”: scans update in batches—check again every 1–3 days.
